Mosquitoes 101: What You Need to Know as the Summer Begins - PDF
Mosquito spraying has been scheduled for Monday nights between the hours of 7:30pm and 3:30am. Spraying will start on June 1st and end September 28th.

Santa is Coming to Ponder Cove

Annual Halloween Party
DATE CHANGED DUE TO RAIN
New Date: Sunday October 26
Activities will include a Costume and Pumpkin Carving Contest, games, crafts and other activities. The Halloween party has become the largest event held at the Beach each year and we hope you will join us. This event is open to everyone! If your neighbors are not members, please tell them to join us for food, fun and fellowship. The Beach Club will provide hot dogs, hamburgers and sodas. Contributions of side dishes are requested.
Community Clean Up Program
Anne Arundel County will supply 2 dumpsters to be set down at the beach club noon October 20 – 8am October 22. Do not overload the bins. Unacceptable item include; Junk Cars, Trailers, Gas and Propane Tanks, Tree Trunks, Oil Drums or Tanks, Liquids, Hazardous Wastes, Boats, Tires, Logs, Paint, and Refrigerators or Air Conditioners.

We received notice from the Maryland Department of Agriculture that there is room for Ponder Cove in the 2008 Schedule.
Surveillance for mosquitoes has begun and the community will be sprayed on Sunday nights after 7:30 pm when the required conditions are met.

We have contacted the County Department of Agriculture, we’ve missed getting on the schedule for this year but will but will be sprayed when they can get us on the schedule.
